The Drawn Curtain
What happens behind the curtain stays there. This is the full inventory of what we hold, and the reasons.
What we keep
- Your account: email, a hashed password, the first name and birth date you gave, gender, plus whatever is on your slip.
- Your list, your conversations and the notes each man keeps on you, which is how he remembers.
- Two cookies: your session, and a small flag saying you signed the slip at the door.
- For payments, the sum and the blockchain reference. Cards never touch the site; we do not accept them.
- Server logs of the usual kind, deleted after a short while, for security.
What we use it for
So the scenes can run, the house rules hold and the site stays up. Each message you send is answered by a language model that sits on our servers, or with a contractor held to that one use, and automated filters screen it for safety. Neither your list nor your chats are ever sold, and advertisers get no look at them.
Counting visitors
One plain analytics counter records visits and rough origin. It has no access to your chats or your list.
Your controls
From any chat's menu you can rewrite his notes, save a copy of the conversation, or wipe it. To erase the account entirely, write from the address on your slip to the mailbox in the footer. Wherever local law grants you more, ask and it will be done.
